I agree with all the reviews below, I love subway sandwiches but unfortunately this is the only subway near my place. They always mess up my order, not even once I've received a full proper order. If you order something and they are missing an ingredient, they won't let you know about it instead they will just send something else, which you probably don't want or may be send nothing at all for that item. Whenever I visit the store no matter normal hour of the day or rush hour, there's only on employee handling everything. Sometimes they add ingredients you didn't order and sometimes they'll miss the ingredients you did. I don't know how this store is still running. Worst service, pathetic food poor quality chicken and meats. I've had so many messed up orders from this store, I don't even remember if I ever received something right from the store. Subway needs to Inspect the store not only for the food but also for the exploitation of employees.
I visited over there two to three tymes every tym i disappointed with the service today i went there was Indian girl in the night shift she is so arrogant even she don’t know how to talk with customer moreover she has hearing problem and she wear the ear-pods while the work… i dont wanna come here again bcz this is worst subway in montreal
Pretty good branch, took a little while to prepare the food but no complaints
I could have given no stars at all. I always order chicken caesar wrap regularly from this restaurant using uber eats. Today, when i ordered, i received only chicken with casar no salad at all. When i called the restaurant at 1:00 pm monday April 18, 2022. The punjabi girl picked the call. Omg, she had no manners at all. She had no customer service. She made me hold the call for 20 min and then started fighting with me over the phone. When asked, She said she is in deep pain, she doesn't like her work, so she cannot pay attention. She also said that she is the owner of the restaurant and don't care about the customers. Worst service. Worst experience of my life. Advice for the owner: Fire her! Else you will go out of the business very soon. Thank you.
This subway is a very special place. It always finds ways to surprise me. Not long ago my girlfriend became very sick with the food that we had ordered from there. Probably due to the fact that one or many of the ingredients were expired. Moreover, I see that the owner of the store has a cheap policy in place. I dont understand why there is always one person working late shifts. Recently I came in and there was a huge line up of at least 5 or 6 customers. But the girl was also busy prepapring 7 sandwiches from UberEats. She ended up giving up on the uber eat orders because it was just too much for her. I told her its okay and that its not your fault. The owner is the one to blame. Shes milking this subway for all its worth. Please do yourself a favor and eat at another subway that isnt on Newman because she owns both of them. Subway needs to investigate the owner of this subway because im sure shes cutting corners. 1 on 5.
To the owner: not a good idea to have employees work alone during their shifts...actually you should be ashamed of yourself. NOT SAFE NOT GOOD...CHANGE your staff work 4 you and risk themselves 4 minimal pay get 2 employees working each and every shift ..
12" Tuna sandwich on cheese bread was great, quick service, fairly clean place, the ceiling music speaker needs to be replaced.
I visited this store so frequently. And I always notices that only one girl work at a time. Today, the store was so busy and one girls was working alone at the store. And thing are going out of control. It was not her mistake because the workload was too high and it was not the one women work. She need help from other worker because she was preparing Uber, SkipTheDishes and DoorDash order as well as handling the walk in customers. I blessed her she was too tired at that time because of workload. She alone doing the work of 2 person alone. And it was not the first time I usually noticed that every week. I suggest you that please provide at least two person at that store. They are also human not machine
When to eat and the food smells weird. Spent 15$ on a 6" chicken sub. Seems exagerated for a chicken sandwich. They also had a points card before and now they refuse to take it even if theirs no expiration date. I asked to use the bathroom after my bad experience. I was refused. Being told that the bathroom is out of order . In all expensive, smelly food, no bathroom and not worth coming back
