Harvey's

We ate here around 10:50 just after opening and was actually disappointed on how dirty the dining room was. We had to be one of the first customers of the day only 1 tray was on garbage Seemed like almost every table still had crumbs on it from previous day. The floor had fries still under some. I have worked for this chain in the past and we were religious when it came to cleaning before close the night before. I dont think this was done here. The food... Harvey's usually strives on being cooked fresh. We ordered our meal and as we were finishing paying the burgers and fries were waiting there before our receipt was printed. I'm fine with during busy rushes for some extra burgers to be thrown on but who knows how long these were sitting there.

I just moved to Canada and it was my first time eating in Harveys. I was amazed by the friendly employees and the good food! Looking forward to eat here again!

I’ve never been a fan of Swiss chalet, but Harvey’s I can do! Very quick, clean, fresh and convenient. A good alternative to the traditional fast food establishments. The burgers are ALMOST equivalent to home made.

My son really loves burgers from Harveys, at least couple times a month we have been ordering there. I'm not sure if it's just me but lately they have been cheaping out on the toppings, I even tried a different location but the same thing, one time I was looking at the person and it look like she was counting the lettuce when putting on the burger, in the old days there was so many toppings that they were falling of the burger, so I have to say I'm pretty disappointed these days with fast foods, also for the same price of a combo you can get a nice meal at a decent restaurant.

Kylie was awesome. We ordered food for 5 people and because there were kids involved the order changed like 3 times during the course of ordering. She got everything perfectly and was super friendly .

Went here today and was ultimately disappointed. Compared to the other locations in Windsor I always find this one struggles with the quality of their food. I'm not sure if it's because there seems to be young people always working or the fact there seems to be different young people every time we go there where other locations seem to have more mature and consistent staff. Either way we've shown up here a couple times where I'm pretty sure the drive-thru staff is stoned. Today I ordered deep fried pickles and the pickles we got were literally about the size of your little finger. I've frequently ordered these from other locations and you typically get big hearty sized pickles. So that was disappointing. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with an order here but it's the first time I decided to write a review. Seriously wish this location was better as it's closer to home but might have to make the drive over to Dougall Ave from now on.

Worst service in the town. Nobody knows anything there . They keep replying huh. And grab the next person and they say the same thing. Very frustrating locationFood: 2/5

This location consistently gets mobile orders wrong and/or mixes them up. The last time, which was 10 minutes ago and the catalyst for this review we ordered 3 combo meals; nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. What did we get? Three drinks, three fries, and one hamburger. Common sense should have triggered a red flag or, at the very least, the receipt stapled to the bag that states there should be 3 burgers / fries etc. We attempted to call the location so they could have a replacement order made but, shock, the number posted online is not accurate. So we drove back and we’re greeted with perplexed looks and a teen who simply took the bag straight from our hands and tossed it in the garbage. We did get a replacement but holy $#%# this was a next level terrible experience.

Just discovered they have salads if you're not interested in having fries. My side salad and my Angus burger was fresh and delicious.

I eat here a lot and it's always good. If something is wrong they're quick to fix it.
