So I just got home. Literally ordered my take out like 20 minutes ago. And surprise, my order is dead wrong. I ordered that new bacon passion burger thing. The meal box combo for $15.99 ON TOP OF THAT. So about $19 with taxes. As the picture clearly shows, I didn't get the burger AND I didn't get the salad. THE ONLY REASON why I'm giving 1 Star is because the lady at the cash was sweet.
I just ordered from Uber Eats ,when I opened the box a strong gasoline type of smell came from the chicken making my eyes water. It did not smell like old oil or stale chicken....literally smelled like gasoline or some chemical. I was refunded by uber eats and called the restaurant but they said they haven't received complaints. I am incredibly turned off from ever ordering here again. This is a huge issue.
Customer service horrible, employees talk and fool around at the cash. The food is disgusting and not prepared properly and you can't sit at not one table to eat, they are filthy and dirty the table tops. I used to love this place in the 90's. Management needs to do something about thisFood: 1/5
The food is good and the staff is amazing , friendly warm customer service. The seating area is older and run down but it's definitely a recommended PFK spot .Food: 5/5
Horrible. I went there with my friend to order diner for us and my family. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a 10 piece bucket. My friend’s 10 pieces smelled extremely bad, as if the oil wasn’t changed for a week and tasted the same as the smell. The sandwiches were fine but cold. Also, the place itself looks dirty. When you come in, the doors are stained with fingerprints. It smells awfully bad inside and the floor is sticky. The restaurant is empty and i didn’t have the courage to sit down as the place looked musty.
For a first time i am disappointed with the quality of the chicken wings at this location. Probably new management... but the wings were old and refried, they taste weird and seem different than usual. Gave 2 starts because they were very good before ...
I feel bad for saying this but if it helps the owners make a positive change then here goes: *The place seems to just never be cleaned and it's never busy so you can't say it's due to lack of time *The employees look like they're having a free ride with things cuz the cooks in the back were video chatting instead of working on my order and laughing it up. Not saying for people not to have a personality but it's embarrassing to see that when they get PAID money to do their job first. *The last couple of sandwiches i've had seemed to all have been pre-cooked and then re-fried. I usually don't judge a place positively or negatively based on one experience. But this place has all these problems almost every time i've gone and i've been there like ten times. I'm pretty much not going back. Out of all the things i mentioned, the one that got on my nerves though was the fact that the front and the kitchen were joking around, on video chats and i have to sit there and watch them.
Omg still feel sick, and what has happened to the creamy coleslaw??? Why is it not green anymore, thats how long i havent had KFC and that was a wise decision as yesterday I gave it a chance, am regretting it BIG TIME. I brought this alien coleslaw to show my friend and we cant figure it out, its definitely not what we remember.....better to be hungry than eat this garbage
Excellent service from the 2 ladies that was serving at the front cashiers today at 6h45pm. Super smiley and knows how to take care of their customers. I wish i had their names...
Took spicy wings were cold as … my order got ready in 20 seconds very good service
