My visit was horrible so I got a hold of the manager, Lorrie. She thanked me for talking with her about my issues and asked me to give her a chance to make it right. Lorrie was very professional and apologetic. I would recommend this place to anyone.

You guys deserve a feeking medal to work there. The lady behind me..."Can I have new bread? You pressed on mine"( to open it up!). "I want olives only on half...no, not that far over." Yikes! Good job not climbing over the counter and strangling her. I thought you did a very good job.

Was at the Middleton , NS Store Friday night Oct 20 after 8pm and the young man was so accommodating to the family in front of me and myself, I felt that he should be commended for such a great job.... Thank You to the staff!!!

What can you say - it's subway. I highly advise going here around lunch time, since half the base ends up here and you'll be in line forever. Their new younger staff seems slow and careless. But hey, you can't really mess up making a sandwich, and they make it right in front of you so you have plenty of chances to tell them to re-do it. 4/5
