I order subway regularly from this location and have never had an issue with service. The bread, however, is STALE! I end up throwing out about 1/3 of it because it’s rock hard. This has been my experience the last 4-5 times I’ve ordered from this location.

I was at Subway on Friday during the evening rush and it was busy. The staff member was very helpful but the door buzzer was very annoying and loud. It was very distracting for all the customers and the staff that were working. Is there a solution to this noise? I sure hope so.

Ive had problems in the past with stale buns at this location so I always ask if the buns are and the man assured they were made this morning. I bought 2 foot longs on the Italian Herb and cheese and both were stale. The ends if the subs were hard as a rock. Im very disappointed. This time I will follow up with head office.

Well this was 100% the LAST time I will ever go to Dunnville Subway. The last few times have been horrible customer service but this was the final straw or sub, I should say We ordered 2 subs, one cold cut combo & one chicken bacon ranch. The cold cut was just sad photo posted had to pick off unwanted tomato’s that weren’t even asked for. But my chicken bacon ranch was the worst, first of all, you were out of shredded cheese, which I understand that, it happens. But I asked for toasted, the lady toasted it then took it out & let it sit there while she doctored the other sub so by the time I got home, it was ice cold as if it was never toasted in the first place. I asked for guacamole which is an extra charge and was given the smallest amount I have ever had put on a sub, so little that I didn’t even taste it, let alone see it. I was given 1 scoop of chicken for an entire footlong, so the one half was just the vegetables, but wait there’s more… the half that only had the veggies was literally half empty, nothing but bread. I also pulled out a piece of green pepper that was partially rotten!!! I am actually so blown away with how poorly executed both these subs were. Do better.
