McDonald's

Came through today at 8:30pm. All went well until we got to the window and was being handed our things. They forgot our ice cream that we paid for and when we got our drinks they were half full with no ice. When we ask them to put ice in it, the women says they have no ice and then shuts the window. We weren't informed of this at the speaker and would have gone somewhere else if we knew we were going to receive half full luke warm drinks. Our Mcdoubles also only had one sliece of chesse, and the fries were old and stale. First time going here and will not be back.

I came here with my boyfriend and he got the big arch burger, he asked for no vegetables and less sauce and we got a burger with vegetables. We went through again and told them the problem nicely, they took the burger and made us a new one and this burger had no veg. But when we went to eat in the parking lot, he opened it and the burger was literally falling apart because of how much sauce there was. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem here, and we won’t be coming back. They confirmed with us twice that we wanted less sauce, yet he couldn’t even hold it because it was drowned. Not worth the time or money.

Went there some days ago. Love the people over there. They are so nice. A girl named Simranjeet Kaur served us excellent food with a beautiful smile on her face. She made our day. Loved visiting there. Will go more often because of that girl

I visited to McDonald’s today, I find the customer service is really good. I asked her name I think it might be simran if I don’t forget, she is really helpful because I find difficulty to decided. She is so polite, even the quality of food is really good. I enjoyed my food.

Came around 8pm and it was pretty busy - had to pull ahead and wait for our food when ordering through the drive-thru but food was fresh when we received it. The new Grilled chicken sandwich was meh*nOur order was correct and the staff was friendly and helpful.
