Subway

Terrible experience. Staff are very rude and are engaged in mocking their customers. Bread and produce is stale and very old!! For someone who is a regular subway customer, this is by far the worse experience I've had. I would avoid this place like the plague!! There are better Subway chains in Parry Sound. Staff were unhygienic (arm hair In subs) and insulted every customer in their own language. When asked for the manager, they insulted us and refused to answer.

0 stars.worst location I've ever been to. They were slow, cheap on all ingredients, and even the toaster was dialed down. I asked for lots of olives and the guy actually said no. We were given one napkin for two subs. Will never return to this location.

Great sub, staff need to be a bit more friendly and concentrate more on customer service, free wifi

Terrible customer service. Basically got yelled at for not telling him my ingredients fast enough. Sub was slapped together sloppily and the ingredients did not look fresh. If you're wanting Subway in Parry Sound, go to the North end of town.
