The owner Sanjay is amazing; so hard-working and always accommodating. You can really see the effort he puts into his business. At times, the staff have issues with English as a second language and at times are curt and cranky, but you're going to get that at almost any hospitality based business. Always clean, always smelling of fresh baked bread - a small slice of comfort. The new touch screen beverage machine (with the ability to add specialized flavours to your drink) is super fun and a welcomed addition to the Subway franchise. It's nice to see our stores here in Parry Sound is "keeping up with the times". Kudos.

Worst subway sandwich I ever had. Every member of my family had to ask for something extra like olive or pickles. The toasted subs were taken out early so they were cold. Worst is the guy wrapping the subs crushed them like he was VENGEFUL and every bun was paper thin when we opened it. Worst subway ever!😡

Typical Subway, I've never had an issue here the staff are always kind and courteous.

Very rude. Did not greet me and when I asked for HOT PEPPERS he started sprinkeling pepper on my sub. When I told him no HOT PEPPERS he gave me a very dirty look. I do not like pepper. I could have asked him to make me another sub but I didn't. Also they did not give me a lot of pickles and peppers
