Subway

This subway is terrible. Bread is always stale or hard. Don't waste your money. Place is a joke.

Loving the new gluten free sandwiches offered! Being Celiac this was definitely something that I was looking forward to! I didn't even have to mention to them that I had a gluten allergy when ordering gluten free and the staff took such extra care making my sandwich. The GF bread is brought in individually packed. First thing the girl did was lay down fresh and extra paper and change her gloves. She washed the knife. They obviously have trained them well on allergy protocol for making these sandwiches. They also DO NOT charge extra for this bread! I was floored! They're only available in the 6" size however. The only complaint that I can say that I had was (and this happens at every Subway, every time) when you specify very clearly for a tiny amount of condiments...they just drench your sandwich. She did four passes with each sauce. When I was done my sandwich I had a pool of sauce that was the size of my fist sitting on the wrapper. Regardless, I was still happy to once again be able to eat at Subway ❤

Sometimes you get good service here but most of the time it's pretty disappointing. I had an experience here that was very unsanitary and when I explained to the manager what happened he offered me coupons. When I went the next week to pick up these coupons the ladies at the counter literally pretended they didn't speak English and kept shrugging. Not to mention their food here tastes way different than any other subway I've been to.

The ladies look pissed off, like all the time. They just talk between themselves and often have to repeat cause they're busy chatting away. Stingy with the veggies. poor customer service.

I went there just now and got the worst service ever. My family and I were first in line. The employees looked all mad. We were gonna order 4 sandwiches, they got our first sandwich and they just skipped us without asking if that's all we wanted. When we were finally done ordering and got to the cashier, we gave her a $50 bill while our sandwiches cost about $25 she said she didn't have any change so we had to give her our smaller bills which we really needed at the moment then literally 3 min later when we were eating we saw her take out a bunch of $5 bills so i went up to her and ask why. she started being rude and raised her voice at me. We were really disappointed at the service we got today. I don't think they deserve even 1 star.
