If I could give no stars I would. I put in an incorrect order online expressed my mistake and asked for customer service and the girl who answered was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. I asked for the order to be cancelled as it was the wrong store and they put me “on hold” but could hear her perfectly and she started taking another order and then coming back saying “I tried and I cannot give you your refund back.” I expressed I could hear her on the other end and she did not try. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she hung up on me VERY UNIMPRESSED by this service and store location. Sad, as we go there often but will not support this disrespect again. Stay away if you can and support another location.
Tony is the absolute goat, his service is amazing and absolutely amazing sandwhich making. I don’t know who’s in charge but whoever is needs to get him a raise. MAKE IT HAPPEN. TONY IS THE GOAT
The staff are rude and unclear. They are more than comfortable barking at and belittling customers who try and ask questions when there is a misunderstanding. The food is I'll prepared. The last sandwich I had here looked like it survived an explosion. I recommend no one eat here. Awful staff who treat customers poorly.
The lady working the counter was quite friendly and courteous. She also made an amazing sandwich
