I ordered 4 sandwiches on the mobile app. 1 was on the wrong bread, and all 4 were supposed to be toasted and none of them were. All of them are complete messes on the inside and look as if they were made by just throwing the ingredients in the sandwich in no particular order. One of them wasn't even cut beyond a small incision in the middle of the bread, and two others were only cut slightly more. I'm upset by this as I've normally had good experiences at this subway both in-person and on the app. Even accounting for potential app errors aside, this is ridiculous.nnAll of my pictures fail to upload or I would upload photographic evidence.
We don't go to Subway very often, but when do we always find it very clean, very friendly, courteous staff.. always fast and efficient made the way you like it..
We stopped in for lunch and a customer was being extremely difficult while ordering. The gentleman working was pushed to the brink but remained courteous and even apologized for the customer’s poor behaviour after she left. He deserves a good star.
When I say their service is stuff of nightmares, that does not even begin to describe it. My friends have been yelled at for no reason by the staff, they give me dirty looks every single time I want to order subway to the point I ignore that store on my way to work or coming from work. Poor training and horrible etiquette is only scratching the surface when it comes to the things wrong with this subway.
Our sandwiches were great, we will be back again!
