i got a disgusting sandwich and the lady tried to tell me i didnt pay for "normal cheese" when i asked for cheddar and when i took it back at first she didnt want to give me my money back i shouldve taken a picture for proof but it was disgusting

This subway is absolutely horrible. Nothing but bad experiences. Their sign says open until 11, the open light is on, yet the door locks at 10:30. I go in one night at 9:00 while the close at 11:00 to get a panini and she refused to make me one even (she wasn't out of bread either she just said "no I'm not making that"). Their employees are also extremely rude. One time I walked in and I was the only customer there and I was standing right in front of her and she ignored me for 10 minutes! Don't go to this subway! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Great place with friendly staff. They once let me in even though they had just closed and made me a sub with what was left over from the day!

Came to this location today at 3:00 in the afternoon and ordered an assorted sub and the lady replied sorry we are out of Cold cuts........ how does that even happen??? That's awful customer service!.
