MR.SUB

I came into Mr Sub around 6 pm tonight. There was two other customers in front of me. I was fine waiting patiently but while two other employees were serving the other two customers the employee counting the cash could have at least acknowledged there was someone else standing there, a simple "hello, we will be right with you" would have been the proper thing to say. It was very clear it was the end of her shift and she just wanted to leave. She should have just left she rushed me with my order and when I was paying ( the employee at the cash was very friendly ) I asked for two double chocolate cookies to go with the combo. The same lady who was itching to leave said, chocolate chip? I said, no double chocolate please ( I honestly didn't think that was hard to understand) so she throws two cookies into a bag and throws it on the counter. I didn't check the cookies because I said twice what kind I wanted. I got home my husband went to eat his double chocolate cookies and they were chocolate chip. If you want to go home at the end of your shift she should have just left. If you decide to serve a customer before you go then you should be prepared to listen and complete the order all the way through. I will not be returning. Even though this is literally 5 minutes from my house I would rather drive to simcoe street or Stevenson where there has never been a problem when we have gone there. Also it would have literally taken a second to wipe the counter where previous subs were being made.

Subs are tasty, service is excellent. Prices are reasonable.
