Was there yesterday with friend the new takeout bags have weak handles. My bowl had to be made again reluctantly and when we got back the chicken was missing. Still was good though.Food: 3/5
It's subway...seems the same as any others, little cramped in the terrace one, servers were sort of stumbling over one another trying to clear the lineup. Wheelchair accessibility: No troubles getting through the door, maybe tight inside for a wheelchair tho.
Meh‍ I have gone to a few Subways and this one couple of times, but this one has been less than par each time I go. The service was kinda bumbling - not organized at all. They didn't finish with the gentleman in front of me and my daughter before starting mine. The lady finished mine before my daughter's was started.... But we were together. I had to explain that we are together we came in together and stood together... Not sure where the confusion was. The wrap I ordered was not wrapped like a wrap should be wrapped and every other time I order it from another subway location, it is grilled after it is wrapped. This one was "toasted" after the meats and cheeses were put on and before it was wrapped. weird. The ingredients were lacking. I overheard the gentleman who started in front of me and ended up paying after me continuously ask for more of the veggies he asked for. It was just weird. I can't say I would choose to eat there again. Maybe it was just an off day ‍ The cookies, though, are amazing!
Ordered a breakfast subway sunrise melt with no bread, in a bowl please. Rude incompetent people with no hearing skills or respect for a customer's needs. It was like I asked them to jump out of a building. Plus they charge $14. Have exactly the same item in Smithers BC and it's $8
I'm very particular is how I like my subs made and this one individual made me my PERFECT sub! Unfortunately he wasn't wearing a name tag, but I will be overjoyed to have him create my future subs as well!Food: 5/5
I had the chipotle steak and cheese. It was delicious! The guy that made it was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. *that store was not accepting coupons, that I'd just received in the mail.

I found blonde hair in my food from one of the workers and the food was also under cooked when i took it back all they did was argue with us so i WILL NOT be wasting my money at subway anymore Pita Pit has better food anyway And i am also a customer at subway and have been for years i haven't had any problems with them until now I DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Has poor customer service.
