Service has been getting more horrible over the years, well sometimes it's hit and miss but mostly miss. A few stops in drive thru were the worst as my burger fell apart in my mouth like it had no flavor or integrity from sitting to long and the fries were far from fresh and as they were getting cold they were also becoming stale. Coffee is usually alright but I guess that depends what staff is working because I've actually had a few bad cups while stopping for a cup on the go so I switched back to Tim Hortons which I didn't think I'd do because I've found McDonald's better over the years as long as it's fresh and fixed right. Hopefully they'll start managing a better crew and hold down a more secure family environment again and I wouldn't mind bringing my kids in once in awhile but I'll be taking long break from this place
They wouldn’t give a fella a cup for water. Incredibly unchill. Did however get to witness a dude filling his bong up at the fountainFood: 3/5
Great, fast service. Food was hot and delicious, was worth the 1.5hr round trip.
When the day managers are there it’s fine but the evening is the worst for service & we seen a manager put a ice cream cone back in the ice cream maker.. that’s a health hazard to the people! & 20 min before closing they start kicking people out and refuse washroom services or they will stand there and laugh at guests needing to use the washroom but they will let them ring the bell and never let them use the washroom & socializing & touching their dirty phones are more important than the long line ups they always have… they have a lot of staff on shift. It wasn’t like before where they needed people all the time and now there’s quite a few it still worse then being short staffed.
Servers were nice but unfortunately they needed extra staff. Nice large parking lot and lots of parking on the street, handy if you have an RV.Food: 3/5
Negative 10 Stars. My husband goes to this McDonald's every morning and usually the staff is quite nice, and the food/coffee is meh. Today wasn't one of those days. I'm not sure who works in the drive-thru, in the mornings, but the woman/women that were working at 9am on August 10th, 2023, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They need to be retrained or something, to learn some basic customer service skills. If it were me that had gone through the Drive-Thru, I would have asked to speak to a supervisor, to complain about the absolute horrible service. There is no reason to talk to someone the way they did. If you don't want to work with customers all day, then don't work in the customer service industry. Sincerely, The Wife.
service was okay at this location. Online order took fast and food quality was all right, but not the best look. Nice clean store. Parking available on site.Food: 4/5
This McDonald’s is amazing if you want to repeat yourself 1000 times trying to order from the drive thru just to have to go in so they can give you the correct order training is hard PS fix the toilet in the men’s room it’s not even bolted down to the floor ffs
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The washrooms were downright disgusting. The food was served and everyone in the kitchen was gloomy and glaring, and the food mirrored the attitude. I would never go again.
Went to grab two coffees this AM. Unfortunately, they have one of those high-pitched squealing speakers to ward off loiterers, which they seem to have successfully done. They also succeeded in warding off me and the money I spend .
