This Terrace KFC serves greasy chicken and does not have the same coating and flavour as other KFCs. The coating on the chicken was not the same as other KFCs. The coating fell away. Grease was at the bottom of the bucket. Chicken not crisp or flavoured like other KFCs. I bought a ten piece bucket meal and it was tasted and left... not eaten. I live two hours away and was not about to return it all. Very disappointing to spend $40 on food that my family would not eat.
Spicy big crunch. I love it. When I went to order, I asked for a spicy big crunch sandwich. They accidentally made a normal one. That's fine. Mistakes happen. I asked for a side of the spicy mayo so they didn't have to remake it. They said it would be a charge. So I returned my sandwich and asked them to remake it. They did remake it, but not the spicy big crunch I ordered. They made a zinger. I'm quite disappointed. I don't like the zinger. Not going back to this location.
Omg I come in to get a family meal an for 1 they should be asking everyone if they want regular fries or seasoned . Then I open the bucket of chicken after wating 20 minutes they gave mixed of old dry wings after I asked for only dark meat. Then they all stood on the kitchen throwing the chicken back in the warmer. I touched all the chicken counting how much white an wings was in the bucket.
Non Canadian music was playing in the background. I think it was Poonjabi songs. Never witnessed anything like it. Greasy floors , entire restaurant looked unhygienic. The staff looked like they were forced to work and had no smiles or happiness when taking orders. My popcorn chicken was undercooked, almost raw, I had food poisoning.
I'm very impressed with the whole team . The food is so fast I didn't have time to fiĺ a drink. Consistently great food and service . It is definitely in my rotation for eating take out. If you want GREAT chicken and sandwiches. Thank you for your amazing speed after a hard day at woekFood: 5/5
I was not happy with the food, kitchen nuggets was so salty and the chips also was not nice, but the price was high. I had to go to another restaurant to have a proper dinner
dirty dirty dirty, drink machine tasted awful i dont think the staff cleans it, the whole restaurant is soo disgusting and the chicken and fries we ordered tasted stale and the spicy chicken tasted sooo SALTY - avoid this location at all costs, i wouldnt eat here even if it was free or someone paid meFood: 1/5
The staff seem to stand around complaining or are very unhappy. The manager or supervisor was doing frontline work because the workers kept messing up the orders. The lady who gave me my order slammed my bottle of Pepsi. Fire them and start fresh. Seems like the place is not cleaned very well either. Oh and they never gave me the two sides that were supposed to be included in the family meal I bought.
Ordered 4 pc chicken & it tasted like it had dirt in it, like it tasted burnt but sandy… the Chicken was burnt and it was returned & all they said was “let me check the chicken” & never returned… so they don’t care about the qualities anymore… I won’t be returning here again.Food: 1/5
