I was impressed with their speed and how well my food was made. They are very welcoming and will make conversation with you. The place was well-kept and tidy! I’ve been here numerous times and don’t ever recall having any issues.
3 or 4 people working. We waited to be helped for maybe 5 minutes while employees wandered around discussing a pickup order that was already made. I specified 2 times that I wanted the sandwich made exactly as the menu described and still go home to find my #3 " The Monster" had no onions or peppers. Employees are slow and lazy. The lack of work ethic is disturbing.
Exciting new menu and amazing service. We enjoyed our new steak and veggie sandwiches a lot. They made it really really well. I will definitely come back. Must visit location for great service and well made ..

Went on the Ellsworth subway website to check what time they closed it says 900 pm I showed up Saturday night at 735pm and doors are already locked if you are closing earlyer you may want to change your websites time of closing thank you
I got there an hour before close and all they had available for bread was wraps and wheat. I don't like their wheat bread cause I got it before, when it's all they had available. This happens often to me and my family at this location, NEVER anywhere else!
Personally I think it was a pretty good subway for its location. Convenient if you’re going to Acadia and want to grab something before hand. The girl that helped take my order was very pretty and very nice to me :
Good Subway. They put together our sandwiches quickly. First time trying the cheesiest sandwiches. Just a lot more cheese but it tasted about the same. This location is spacious which seemed nice.
