I'll start off by saying I'm not a fan of Subway by any means, but I had a gift card. I stopped by after work to order dinner. There wasn't anyone in line in front of me, I pulled up to the window. The woman on the headset was trying to talk to me, but the speaker didn't work very well, it's volume was incredibly low. They told me that there were orders ahead of me, and I needed to wait. I waited. A couple minutes later, they told me I could order. I ordered the monster sub, footlong. It was about $16 with tax. The sub itself was actually pretty good, but I would have never paid that without the gift card.
They should close this place. 3 workers only one person actually doing something. One person at stood at the register and did nothing. Customers cannot pay unless the sandwiches are made. Then when going to pay at the register scan for app not working always happens at this store so not able to use deals on app. In the end $34 for two footlong subs and 2 drinks. I know my fault I like to give a business 3 tries but this place has no business being open.
One footlong, a drink, and one cookie cost over $22. Not to mention there was 5 workers and services was slow and they were out of the bread we wanted. We have always been a fan of subway, but now that I am spending the same as a 3 corse be on a deli sandwich I will most likely not return.Food: 4/5
Quick service. Placed online order and everything was correct no problems. The best Subway I have been to in awhile. All was fresh.Food: 4/5
Ordered a kids meal with no bread, specifically asked for it in a cup or a bowl literally anything other than this cookie bag would have worked. Was served tuna in a bag. By the time I got home it was leaking all in the bag and I had to throw it out.
Food is good and the dining area always looks clean. The workers are less than Anxious to do any more than they have to.Food: 4/5
Absolutely pathetic, ordered a veggie delight and a kids meal. $18 dollars later this is what we got.
I asked for extra onions. The skinny girl acted as if I asked her to go purchase them herself. I barely got a slice. For 13 dollars, I should've had half an onion.Food: 4/5
We order on the app quite a bit. Food is made to order and ready in a timely manner.
Worst subway I've ever been to. The staff was clueless to price or how to make something properly, was charged for a footlong but only got a six inch wrap. When explained to on how to fix it she looked at me and said " I don't know how to do wraps." She continued to just stare at until I just got annoyed and paid for it and walked out. Will never visit this subway again I will drive out of town to get better service than what these people could offer.
