Lack of communication between colleagues led to confusion in the line, friendly staff yes Organised? There's room for improvement... I've no idea what this particular place uses as plant patties but I can't say I enjoyed this one today, very gammy texture, seems maybe a cheaper version
Today I came in to subways this is next to Macdonald that being way too busy and I just wanted a coffee so came in here my first impression today was not much as the floor had lots of crum under few tables but still I went ahead and ordered the coffee the young lady behind the counter was very cheerful and full of enthusiasm I asked if they do hot milk with coffee to which she obliged with affirmative and then asked me if I would like to enjoy a latte to which I thought and said yes that will be good, at all times she had a very happy and smiling face which was very relaxing for me so I decided I should sit in and enjoy my coffee or latte, so as I went to sit at the table I was not happy with the bits of food still left on top of the tables i asked the young lady if she would be ok cleaning it for me and she obliged with a smile and was more then ok to give it a clean so I can enjoy my latte. so I would say my experience here was one of positive and pleasant after being in town for few hrs and needed to relax with a coffee to charge up. The young lady is called Emmy I do believe very pleasant young lady shall definitely come back as the staff are very helpful and happy at there job.
A good Subway to visit, small not a lot sitting space but great staff and very good service. No wheelchair accessone step, but staff will come out Parking: On street parking pay at machines, free disabled on street parking
I understand new hires need to learn, but it's worrying when they can't even cut bread. He butchered it, gave 1 less slice of each meat, held the food far too close to his face. The lettuce in the tub was brown and when I got home and finally started eating, turns out the bread is stale as hell. It was also assembled upside down. I've tried giving subway 3 chances now and each time it's been bad. I'll stick to making my own at home. Maybe if the staff were better paid and better treated, it might be a better place, I don't blame them for being miserable. But I would like my food made properly.

Service is incredibly slow, the subway was busy yet there were only 2 staff, staff are making telephone orders before serving people in the store, only 2 staff working at 4pm in a busy weekday in a town centre.... I ended up walking out after 10min waiting to be served and then staff burnt sandwich in toaster.

Visited on 05/07/22, came to subway after I had a hospital appointment and not being able to eat most of the day, my boyfriend got served before me and the guy told me to wait while he made 2 online orders. I was absolutely starving and being pregnant made it worse, I walked out before he had the chance to serve me. I've seen multiple staff members here making 2 orders at the same time. There were about 5 staff members behind the counter, don't tell me it would've took them an extra 5 to 10 minutes to serve one person due to prioritising online orders? I work for a busy customer service based coffee job myself, and we always multi task with online orders and with serving people. Disappointed isn't the word. Subway is usually pretty speedy.
Walked in to find a nasty, gobby girl sat down, shovelling food down her neck, being very verbal. Really nice kids serving and clearly being trained up by a decent young man. I put my card on wrong part of scanner and gobby burst out laughing, clearly taking the piss I sat in to eat and this gobby girl did not shut up, thinking she was amusing the other staff members. They seemed very uncomfortable. She had black, tatty, big hair. Wish I'd said something at the time but the staff were very busy. I'll pop back in soon.
