KFC

I recently visited the KFC restaurant and was highly impressed with the food and service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered some meals and was blown away by the flavour. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the was perfectly seasoned. The portion size was generous and enough to satisfy my hunger. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at KFC and would highly recommend it to others. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Thank you for a great dining experience!

I don't know which date of month kfc changed cooking oil so I can go on that date to get some nice food Most of time colour of chicken dark brown not very fresh and cold cold Dining area dirty too

My son bought family feast KFC today as we loved it so much, so he went to buy it in Halifax store, but unfortunately some of it were so bad, the taste and smell , ,can't eat it, taste like been 3 days old chicken. Can't call the store as they didn't give the receipt out and we live far from the store. After few hours of eating some of it, my husband felt bad as he experienced diarrhoea. and tummy ache.

Quick and efficient. Used the drive through service for the first time today. And it was a simple and straightforward experience. The food is really nice and portion sizes are good. I wish they’d give sauce sachets, but aside from that everything was really good. Recommended.

No issue with the delivery whatsoever, they were quick to deliver my order. But I can't believe they thought it was okay to send out two pieces of the chicken with MASSIVE charcoal stripes on it? Refund requested as food was unacceptable.

Went on Friday and ordered two meals and one box of sweet chilli chicken bites. I didn't receive the bites even though I paid for them. Too much hassle to go back. The meals were cold and not nice at all. Won't be returning.Food: 1/5

Absolute shambles, ballsed my family order up AGAIN! 3 meals all wrong! Does “ GRAVEY” sound the same as “BEANS” ????? Asked for a wrap and got a burger! Sides missing in 2! Garlic mayo instead of sweet chilly. Phone number just rings out no answer

What a waste of a car park!! Another bad experience there, dry pathetic chicken in the meals, corn was squishy too. Box meals used to be good but now they are not. One woman who helped serve was the only good thing.

Been here a few times, and it can get quite busy. Main issue is some not all of the staff. The first obstacle to navigate is the random two-way carpark system that has very narrow spaces and often has people usually delivery drivers these days abandoning thier cars anywhere and everywhere. If it isn't some rude member of staff shouting at everyone else from behind the counter then it's the childish ones that you can visibly see avoid packing up large orders or making sure their mates order is done first despite coming in 7 orders behind me and then giving them some free gravy in view and earshot of everyone with a smug grin and a fist bump. I spent a good £40 or so on a large amount of food which two members of staff could be seen skipping and arguing over then moving on to pack a small meal for one as it was easier. This meant we waited around 30 minutes as by this point they needed to cook some more chicken as it had all been put into the smaller orders. As far as quality goes, it's an average KFC standard so at least when you do eventually get your food it's half decent even if sometimes the fries are cold and the gravy a little burnt but I've had the same elsewhere. Parking: Very narrow spaces and a strange two way system. Delivery drivers fill most of the spaces and abandon cars blocking others and making it difficult to manoeuvre.

Literally one of the worst KFC experience's ever. I dont know what training the staff get but they just blue screen on you when you ask the most basic of questions. It's wild honestly it's just chicken. It's not hard. The counter staff really need more training on how to actually speak and just do the job Bring back that Benjy guy from the one in town he'd sort that place right out
