I asked for a bouqet for family to be delivered. I told her the price range I wished to pay. And the owner has charged 33% more than what I gave her as the price range I wanted charged to my card. I have left this business owner a message. I placed this order over the phone so it makes putting this into dispute with my credit card company difficult. Will not be using this florist in the future.
