Nice small store, but can get more furniture from Prince George. Woman who works there is very helpful

One week after spending $1700 for a washer dryer combo with a stacking attachment, being told that the stacking part was not in stock I have not been contacted by the store as to when or where this product is. My first impression, the day I purchaced my washer dryer was one of poor communication between stores. Here is what I was told. "the prince george store doesn't really care about our store here in vanderhoof, they don't ship to us what we order from them, but we will try and get it to you asap" I don't see you trying. I just went in to the store in vanderhoof to ask where my product was and the salesman gave me a dumb slack-jawed response that when he last went in to PG with the invoice for my product, that Don in PG had sold 4 units and did not have any reserved for me. Confirmation that these stores under the same brand do not support each other. I was told by Vanderhoof City Furniture they will call Don in PG and contact me asap. Well they called but only to say they called him. No other information was ascertained. I personally have just phoned Don in PG city furniture and he has said he will track one down. I have given this company 7 days so far and have seen that they are complacent to sit back and just hope.. this is absolutely poor customer service. I find this unacceptable. I am leaving this review to caution others from doing business with City Furniture. If my product arrives within the next 24 hours, I will leave another review to let people know that it took the customers action and boldness to achieve what they could have accomplished within one day of my purchase. I will thank city furniture for rectifying this piss poor service flaw if I do have my product in my hand tomorrow. I recognize those that excel in customer service, this company does not meet my standards.
