Studio J Salon & Spa

I have been going to Studio J since I decided it was time to hide the grey's (over 7 years now) and have had NOTHING but great service. The team at Studio J seem to really get along, and their hours are flexible. I would recommend this team to anyone and appreciate their home town location as well as pricing!

Jenna and Chelsea do an awesome hair color with highlights and cut. I have had many many compliments. I am done looking for a hair dresser I can trust who will have me looking my best!!

I went here yesterday to get highlights and lowlights. The highlights worked from my scalp to about 4 inches down then the lowlights bled into the highlights and turned the remainder of the highlighted hair pink. I was told to come back in today and she would fix it. I wish I never went back. There is no blonde highlights left at all my hair is pink it made it 10 times worse. I went to another salon and they wouldn't touch it said it was so badly damaged that anything I tried to do to fix it would just cause more damage. I have worked hard to grow my hair out and had to have 13 inches cut off and my hair is now chin length and pink and completely ruined. I won't leave the house like this it looks ridiculous. So much for Christmas. Thanks Salon J. They refunded my money I paid but it will cost me much more than that to get several treatments to try to salvage what little hair I have left and years to get my length back. Totally humiliated. I haven't stopped crying since I ran out of there. Never again.
