Luxury resort experience. In a club setting. Restaurant, coffee bar, spa, indoor pickle ball courts basket ball meeting rooms. They supply towels soaps shampoo and conditioner in each shower stall In the locker room they have big lockers for your gear locks are installed I loved the steam room it did wonderful things to my facial skin. All the great exercise machines, free weights, This location has a water park for the kids, lap pool, two large whirlpools, a coed sauna, Really nice. I bought a day pass and was only disappointed that I had appointments that limited my time in the facility. Friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff were constantly cleaning, asking you if you had questions or needs, it was like a mini, mini vacation.
We LOVE the Lifetime in Chan! Kids Academy staff greet our kids by name and genuinely bring the fun every time we drop them off. It is so wonderful to be able to workout & achieve personal fitness goals while having the peace of mind that our kids are engaged in meaningful experiences as well!
I have been a Lifetime Member since 1999 23 years. I have been to almost all of the Minnesota locations and several out of state. The Chanhassen Lifetime Fitness is a very well run operation. Clean, organized, professional and most of all it is a family friendly environment. Julie Brown, General Manager runs a tight ship and her staff have the same dedication. I travel a distance to play pickleball and workout at this club because it is top notch. Thank you Julie Brown and staff for creating a fun and enjoyable experience!
basketball next to non existent after adding pickle-ball which you have to pay extra to play, absurd and little kids showing up at random times kicking players off the court so they can scooter around. Hours open were reduced, membership prices were raised. Talk about corporate greed GIVE US THE BASKETBALL COURTS BACK
Since Pickle Ball started there’s been a lot of confusion some information is not getting out those are growing pains. Julie and her staff at the front desk are doing an amazing job the last several weeks to get things organized, Thank you Julie and her staff
I have heard, and seen many people Losing interest. Charges extra for guest to come swim? Some of the amenities are nice, but not all the staff are very welcoming. I agree with others it seems like they just want their money.
One basketball court? Are you SERIOUS? This is absolutely ridiculous Not only that, but they are STILL not open 24 hrs like they used to be and should be at this point. I like to go at night after 11. What are my options? A different gym?
Very upset to learn there is now a 10% additional charge for 'premium' day at the Maple Grove Life Spa. Was not told of this when I booked my appointment -- only found out when confirmation call was placed. If my stylist was not a personal friend of mine I would have cancelled my appointment and found another salon in my area to start going to. Can believe I'll be only booking on non-premium days in the future. Corporate should be prepared for upset clients and staff on this one.
Really don’t appreciate the lack of disrespect I’ve been shown on numerous occasions by staff. Been a member for 3+ years and whenever there is an issue with courts or facilities, it is met with disrespect and condensation.
Beautiful full service facility, with top of the line conditioning equipment. The staff is professional and gratuitous. Reasonable cost for all the benefits members receive . Chris Stromwall
