Pls carefully Wht you order you will not get that so before leaving the restaurant you check you order. The Girl which is taking order on front she does not know anything.I ordered the chicken briyani she does not gave us a Raita and after calling her she said that a very small portion of raita this kind of answer i got and the worst is you will get free Cockroach in Chicken korma.
Tried Student Biryani the first time today for lunch. Ordered the Haleem and Tandoori roti as well as the BBQ Biryani. Well presented and clean restaurant with comfortable seating for families and groups. The staff is courteous and efficient.The food was piping hot, fresh and well flavoured. The Haleem was delicious and the BBQ Biryani was served with boneless chicken and a Seekh kebab. The portions are generous and shareable for a group. Will definitely be coming again. Keep up the good standards guys
Ordered Chkn Biryani, Beef Biryani and Special Zarda but could somebody even spot the difference between Zarda, Chicken Biryani and Beef Biryani?? Very disappointed as their food quality is not at all same now. Infact we found chicken pieces in Beef Biryani. Double fun
I just wasted $21 on lamb biryani and juice, this place is a disgrace in the name of student biryani because the biryani they served me was actually lamb curry anyone that knows Pakistani food knows the difference because lamb cooked in biryani is dry not oily and taste like curry spices it was lamb curry mixed with the biryani rice to cut corners just to maximize the profit, you guys charge so much money for food because of the name at least serve people what you charge them for! Im adding the photo aswell so it can cleary show what im talking about never coming back to this location
Before trying out food at any new restaurant I always check the review. I was very shocked to see the recent reviews for this place. However, the merchandising / all the food images displayed on the windows gave me a different feeling. For the 1st time in many years, I decided to ignore the reviews and give it a try. I wasn’t wrong going with the intuition. This place is one of the most hygiene place you will find in Brampton area. The store was so clean that you felt good. I tried their most sold item Chicken Biriyani and it was very delicious. They are one of the rare restaurants who provide Aloo potatoes in their biriyani. Quantity was good and I would say the price is value for money. I will definitely come back to try other biriyani dishes next time I’m visiting the area.
I used to love going there for biriyani, but I won't suggest it to anyone going forward. Yesterday, we placed an order for one lamb and one chicken biriyani. There was not enough for one person in either situation. Lamb biriyani has only some bones, no meat, and one large, complete potato. Additionally, my chicken biriyani gave me some plastic thread. Conjointly, the flavour was awful.
Only thing worthwhile was the naans. Behari kebab tasted stale. Chicken tikka had just food colour and no spice. Overall totally pathetic. They are bringing shame to my childhood memories of student biryani. I have had student biryani in dubai and it was very close to what I use to have in karachi. This place is a total shame.
Worst Biryani ever, it had potatoes in it. The chicken was also not cooked well, it tasted raw. Will not recommend to any one who is a Biryani lover.
Please don’t buy here any foods Waste of your money Even not taste the foods We ordered lamb biriyani but they mixed with chicken too Please don’t go there don’t waste your time and money!
13$ For a Biryani portion with two chicken pieces and potatoes. Big portion easily serves 2 . A bit on the spicy side.
