Got Amritsari Kucha for take out , i feel It was one of the worst Kulchas we had . Asked for extra pickle and she literally was rude saying she put it when i wanted extra. Only good thing was Raita but nothing . Such a huge name and brand with bad food .

First time ever, great food taste like home, fresh and good quality. place is nice on the inside, staff was friendly no complaints and food was TASTY!!!! the quantity of paneer was more compared to many places great restaurant keep it up guys

Steel wool sliver in my food Today, i went to order samosas and pakoras for pickup and while i was there. I waited for about 20minutes to place the order. When i picked up my order, the first thing i noticed that it was fried in bad oil. When i reached home and started eating to clarify. Steel wool sliver came in my mouth. I was shocked.

It was my horrible experience at national sweets and restaurant. I ordered paneer tikka wrap for takeout. When I opened the wrap at home, it looked more like a salad instead of paneer wrap. It opened all suddenly and all the cucumber and paneer came outside. Had no idea how to eat.

It was a horrible experience with u guys at least serve the customer fresh things today I bought the pasteries from them . It looks like and according to taste its was like 2/3 days old and same thing happen before with samosa I bought earlier … worst experience second time .. if u want the good money then improve ur food and be honest with the customer

Got Take out food Tikki . It was way too bad not even fried properly and potatoes in it were so hard to break and eat. Tikki should atleast taste like tikki , it was like i am eating a rock with no taste in it. Quality of food is so bad.

We came today to eat here water dinking glass was not clean at all and water jug as well when we complained to attendant they are like Ji eh aive hi hai we wash it in dishwasher scratches aa jande hai Worst place to eat in

Waited for like half an hour, when crew came to serve plates, said she fotgot our order. Is this the way they serve their customer. Customers coming after us are being served first. Worst service ever. Will never come back at this location.

Worst Tiki I have ever had in my life!!! It came with yogurt, a lot of onions, red and green sauce …

The staff needs to be trained about customer service, Today I went with my friends for dinner, as it was my husband’s birthday. While we were placing an order, I felt the employee was in tush and trying not to listen the instructions. As she was told that what to bring first so we can enjoy everything, she wasn’t listening and saying let see what comes first in order. This was a rude behaviour as per us. I worked with hotel and I know we all have bad days or busy days during weekends, but our personal issues shouldn’t affect our work or customer service. I FEEL BAD FOR THE OWNERS, they are totally unaware about what is going on in their absence.
