I ordered from here dozens of times. The biriyanis, beef shekh kebabs are amazing. I recently ordered catering for my daughter’s birthday and portions were great, and very good food. Everyone commented on it we had so much food that almost half was still left. I have now placed a second catering order. Definitely recommend it.

I bought mix daal that was ok in taste. Also bought chicken samosa $1 each. I was hoping there own restaurant samosas. But when they brought, it was really funny they gave me frozen fried samosa. When i complained the workers there told me they are here only follow instructions they were right. I am sorry for the 1 star. When you can't give good service you deserve it.

Been ordering Chicken Biryani from this location many times... They use less oil and taste is good. Now they have increased the price and give two pieces of chicken instead of three like earlier. Worst is Haleem. Please don't order from here. It's like having dal. Watery and tasteless. Sharing video and picture. Regarding customer service a lady by name Fatima is always courteous to me. Another thing which really bothers me is cleanliness. Just lift ur head and have a look at the three chandeliers. If they can't keep the front area clean I wonder how is the kitchen inside. Curious.

The whole process from order selection to delivery was excellent. Food was exceptionally tasty and serving amount was more in the order. To be really fair their price for the quality and quantity is excellent. The prices for such catering from anywhere else is double. I was assisted by Alvin and really appreciate his excellent services.

Just went there to takeaway some Halwa Puri. The customer service is very poor. Upon asking 3 times whether everything is in there. She kept saying yes. Still end up missing when came home. Their response was simple 'Sorry'. Food was hot and freshly made. The Halwa poori was was OK in taste nothing. Better options available. Their pricing is high. On their board its a different amount and they are charging customers different. Upon asking their response is prices have increased. The management should update their new prices on the board then. Concluding the review, won't be going their any time soon.

Extremely disappointed!!! Ordered lamb biryani, lamb karahi, butter chicken and some naan. First off, the lamb biryani was one of the worst I have tried in all of Canada, that's how bad it was. Rice was stale with barely and flavor. Meat was smelly and very fatty. The butter chicken was not so much better, very watery and the chicken was disgusting. Lamb karahi is no where near other karahi establishments, so oily and barely any meat. The naans are not fluffy or soft but instead very chewy and hard. NEVER am I giving this place my business again. What a mistake!!!

Yesterday, I bought chicken kabab and it was like very old and bad food. Kabob was like very hard and very old and they just made hot in microwave. Very disappointed !!! Don’t eat anything from this place, they don’t care humans. These peoples are greedy for money! I did call and asked why you guys selling non-fresh food and she showed rude behaviour. Dirty Harry place!!!

The owner is very rude. We wanted to place a catering order and the owner even said to us, to order from some other place. Do not recommend this place. I will recommend Student Biryani, Silver spoon, whose staff is super cooperative.

My husband bought halwa poori saalan today Sunday morning. My kids liked because they ate normal like no spice no salt .. But my husband and I didn't like because it was not about Karachi food.. The ingredients were not put properly in saalan like Karachi Style... Poori wasn't properly cooked. And chooly and potatoes cooked together.. They have to cook separately like Karachi because your restaurant name is Karachi kitchen.. So please give us the taste it is like in Karachi... Sorry for this review. Thank you

Below average food. Had the chicken biryani, portion size is really generous, but in terms of taste and quality it was borderline okay, really spicy but lacked flavours of biryani. Also chicken pieces was mostly bones and not enough meat. The raita was a joke, it’s simply a green colored runny liquid. And what bothered me the most is that the food wasn’t warm. I understand it’s a take out place and of course they wouldn’t cook biriyani to order but they shouldn’t have it portioned ahead of time. How long does it take to put some biryani from the pot to the takeout container? Just keep it in the pot and let it stay warm. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this place either.
