DELICIOUS WINGS!!! Visit on a Wednesday when its the wing deal. They have many different flavors to choose from, the wings are huge and juicy. Service is always fast and friendly. This has to be one of the top spots for wings! We tried their suicide chefs special as a side sauce and it was extremely spicy but flavorful and tasty at the same time. It had a strawberry base fused with some extreme heat! My new spot for wings.
Very nice little family owned sports bar. We had fish and chips, and dry cajun wings with onion rings. The fish was haddock and should be bragged about, the wings were also excellent and I had to sign a waiver for the side of suicide sauce which was house made and I highly recommend if you like heat. The onion rings were literally the best I have ever had.
My husband and I went to Stryker’s today based on my sister’s recommendations. It’s a small spot and had a menu with quite a few things we wanted to try. We decided on the Buffalo chicken sandwich & onion rings and the chicken poutine - both were excellent, big portions and the chicken had great flavour and was moist and tender. We loved that they support local breweries and had a few dark beers! and found our server to be very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
Went here the other day with my boyfriend for the first time for their Tuesday half price appshad spinach dip, nachos, and load em up fries special and WOW. The portions are insane! Everything was so good, including our drinks. Also our server was amazing and made me feel so comfortable especially given how nervous I was to go out!
Enjoyed a burger with fries. Lovely waitress, very attentive. Thank youFood: 4/5
Went for Wing Wednesdays 99 c / wings and Fish & Chips Thursday $10 / meal. Wings are amazing. Fresh without that frozen smell or taste. Fish had just the right amount of batter. The GM and staff is always friendly. The hot sauce is house made and the GM takes pride in the hot sauce and believe me it's real stuff I grow my own peppers so I know when I'm eating real scorpion peppers. All in all, it's a good place to not be disappointed. I'm yet to try the other dishes.
Wings, Wings, and more Wings. I have tried nearly every place in Kitchener for wings and this is without a doubt the best one. I have been 3 times now and plan on returning. The wings are big and Juicy and freshly cooked. the flavour is top notch and if you like wings you will not be dissapointed. I could eat StrykerZ wings every day and they are delicious. the only issue is seating so on a Wednesday as its wings night and they get so busy there so call in advance to make a reservation. Wednesday Wings in Kitchener this is the spot. I will be back!!!!
Ok. So.... I FINALLY went to Strykerz Kitchen & Bar ... the wings are truly delicious. Staff is extremely lovely. And the entertainment... Katy Topham .. amazing! OK, she's my kid but... she IS amazing... The wings ate awesome. Large, crunchy even when sauced. We had the fire and ice because I like the flavour combo. But I asked for more ICE because I'm a wimp since my brutal 8 week cold. My husband says "it's official. I love this place". #localrestaurants #supportlocal *are. Not ate. But ate IS appropriate Kid-friendliness: My grandson was with us and he's very active. The staff was super nice and accommodating
Had the festive poutine... not on menu and only available until Christmas... turkey stuffing, peas, green onions, gravy, cheese curds. It was so good and huge portion. Daily specials listed on boards all seemed good too. Will go back!Food: 5/5
I will start off by saying I prefer to go to small businesses whenever possible to support them, esp in the restaurant industry after the pandemic. That being said the experience we had at StrykerZ today was beyond disappointing. We were a group of 15 all adults that came to grab a drink and lunch in-between hockey games. When we walked in there was two tables of customers 3 ppl and 4 ppl other than that it was empty. Immediately we felt unwanted, we explained we had time and weren't concerned about the speed of service just that as long as we got out of there within a 3 hour window. We pulled some tables together and chairs up and just patiently waited. 5 people got to order their drinks while the rest of us waited, awhile later the waitress came back to take the other drink orders. It was made very clear to us we were unwanted, we had to separate the tables, couldn't sit together and they were unable to guarantee us that we would get food within the now 2 hours we had left. At this point we still hadn't received the other drinks that were ordered and not even given food menu's, we decided to save them the obvious hassle we were to them and go elsewhere. I asked for the bill for the 5 drinks we had received, no other drinks were poured or served yet. This is when the shocking part happens, I got charged a fee for them serving a table over the size of 8.....we received only 5 drinks, only 5 people were served!!!!! The waitress refused to take it off given the circumstances of us not actually being served. I used to work in the restaurant industry so I have a lot of patience in most scenarios, but this was unreal and unacceptable. So off to Jack Astors we went where the one server that served our table of 15 was so lovely and happy to be helping us out.
