They got 2 stars because their products are nice. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Purchase #1: Bought 6 dinner room chairs. As we were moving and did not have the new address yet, I decided to get those delivered to a store near by our current home. Turns out it took 10 months to receive our order. So that was actually plenty of time to move. Our new address was over an hour away so I asked for the chairs to be shipped to our home. With the total cost being way over the minimum required for free shipping, it shouldn't be a problem. They mentioned a bunch of ridiculous reasons why it was not possible. Listen... we don't even have the chairs yet, it's not like they are on their way! changing a shipping address months before you even have the product is not asking for the moon. It would have taken way less time than the 3 hour drive I did to pick them up. Purchase #2: Bought an office desk back in August 2021. I should receive it next week, after 8 months. In the meantime, we went to a store and saw a desk that we wanted to add to the order. The employee at the store added a note in the order to ship with the desk. It was the condition I had to buy something else with them. They confirmed multiple times it would all work and that it would ship with the desk on my other purchase. Well you guessed right! It will not ship together! When I receive a message that my order was ready to ship, I called customer service to make sure it would all ship together. Of course it won't and he kept on saying that he doesn't have access to the order that I made in store. He could see it just fine! but couldn't help me out. So I thought if I have to drive again and waste my time with this, I might as well share my experience with the Google community : Structube, your products and prices are good - but come on! time to bring up the game on the customer service. It's shameful.

Felt harassed by an employee. was talking to another salesperson who gave me better service and decided to cancel my previous order because I didn't like what I chose. I was being surveillanced by an employee or manager...when I asked to cancel..she asked and you would like to replace with what?!? All this because they work on commission and she was trying to save her friends commission. If I cancel an entire order and want something else and someone else served me...the commission should go to the one that helped me most.
Great products, but horrible experience with my out of stock items and delivery booking. The employees were all responsive and great ; the automatic system, and the system employees have to use, seems to be the issue. I've been told my order was ready months ago, but it was a "mistake". I dig, and learned half of my order is actually restocked. Changing the order to make it better for us all splitting it for delivering ASAP what's ready, and picking-up myself the rest later when restocked was ridiculously complex and would've cost me more money. Seriously?! No thanks, Imma wait! Then it's finally ready, but I couldn't book my delivery by following the direction of their broken automatic system. I had to reach out to them about this issue, only to be instructed to call them, to finally schedule the delivery. So, yup, I won't order online from them again anytime soon. Perhaps I'll give Structube another chance with an in-store purchase for stocked items, because I do love their furnitures.
This has been the worst experience I have had buying any furniture! First I ordered something back in September 2020, the wait time was outrageous, I understand there is a pandemic but 4monts is way too long. Apparently, stock is coming from China. Second, my bed finally arrived in January 2021. I received a call, asked to have the bill transferred to a location closer to me. She says yes, we book an appointment I show up and no one is there and the store is closed. Called, left a message, that was a week ago, nobody called me back. It’s impossible to reach anyone at this store!!!!! Unbelievable . I want my money back, you can keep the bed. Never shopping there again!
Quality of furniture is quite low. Bought 4 stools. So far 3 of them broke after 6 months. Trying to return. Waiting for head office to decide if they will refund me. Might change rating depending on customer service I will experience. Edit: quickly heard back. They took the stools back but no cash refund. Just a gift card. Changed to 2 stars only because they made some sort of an effort.
I understand, we're in the middle of a pandemic and stores are trying to adapt, I can respect that, and have patience for that. But we waited outside for 1 hour and a half to get into the store, for reasons that could easily have been better organized by the store. Whenever someone would show up with an online order, they would give them priority over everyone in line. When that happens 9 times in a row, it gets very frustrating. Also, on what was a beautiful day and therefore obviously busy, 1 cashier? Horrible organization
Very disappointed... purchased a dresser from the store when we strarted building the dresser, we noticed the package had wrong drawers and we contacted structube about it. After a week or so store called back and asked us to bring the wrong drawers to the store and pick up the correct ones. However the store is an hour away from us very out of our way. The only reason we bought from this store is that we were passing by. We asked them if they could deliver or even send to a closer store as we do not have a car right now but they said they would not. It's very disappointing that we are being asked to make up for their mistake by driving the drawers back to them....
Worst service ever. Back in mid October, I purchased almost $1000 in office furniture and was told my desk would arrive by end of December. Begining January, I still hadn't received a call to let me know my desk arrived. I called them and the girl on the phone said her boat hasn't arrived. I asked her how am I supose to work with no desk? She said it should arrive by the 15th and that if I wanted, I can use the money to buy another desk from them! Obviously I purchased that specific desk because it's what I wanted - not any other desk from them. Now it's January 17th still no call, no desk and I've notice on their site that the desk in question will be back in stock February 3rd. Is your boat stuck in the ice? It's been 4 months I've been waiting for the damn desk! Will never purchase from here again!
Not cramped up compared to other structure stores. Great display products and even a liquidation section. Good to explore most of their products
