Recently purchased patio set and lounge set. Delivery was delayed multiple times and after sales service was poor and took no accountability for their errors. Ended up canceling portion of my order.nnWould look elsewhere before spending money here if receiving your order on time and professional after sales service are important to you.

Originally a great spot but over the years the service has gotten terrible. No one answers the phone and when you show up in person expect 45 to 60 minute wait if you need something at the parts counter. Only people doing nothing are the sales people ready to sell you a gazebo or a spa. Not worth your time. Order online, this place is a joke.

I bought a spa there Jacuzzi. The salesman Denys was super knowledgeable and helpful. Then when I needed to learn how to start it what products to use and other technical info, I went back to the store and another sales person who happened to be there Bruno patiently explained everything to me. Would definitely reccommend them.

Actually had a great experience, even if I know that because of the pandemic they were overloadded throughtout the entire summer. THe customer service after sale was amazing !! The response was long but so aware of the situation and did everything they could so we can have a great service. They are trully meant to give a great customer service. THank you
