Yes the after sale service is not so great at all. I paid extra to have my sofas extra firm yet I  am sinking  in them  since day 1, it is crazy, and I am 110 lbs only.

Bought a Bugatti sofa at JC Perrault  Sofa was very comfortable and immediately was a conversational piece when people came over.  Highly refer buying a Bugatti Sofa any time to anyone. He also has very modern designs too for every persons style.  Would put ten stars but only can put five!!!

Had a great experience with Bugatti design. Very satisfied with my sofa. Definitely going to purchase another piece of furniture in the near future.
