11:00 entered Friday Nov 11th: Man at the front desk for ultrasound appointments was on the phone speaking for a couple minutes in a different language as if he was having a personal conversation, did not bother to look up at me or say Hi, proceeded to tell me to stop drinking water or else id throw up (although he wanted to let me know I could stop drinking water, this was because i needed to drink water 1 hour before my ultrasound) he said it in a rude manner as if I was an idiot even though I was just casually drinking for my own purposes. Laughed at me when I told him Im just drinking because I always keep my water-bottle with me, not for the purposes of the appointment. For a place that says on their website "We pride ourselves on providing our patients with high quality, professional and friendly service"; this was a complete opposite. All you need to do is smile, say hi and welcome, whereas I was greeted with a man who seemed like he couldn't bother that I was there. Although the ultrasound technician was friendly, Ill give it an extra star for her.

Stupid place the doctor order a urgent ultrasound and was told after 2 hours the rspport will be at ur doctor office and in the morning went to see the doc was told ohh u wont get the result after 3 or 4 days and then we called back they said sometime today iwent inside the doctor room and they sent the results right away sooo unprofessional never going back thier eveeeeeer

Very nice and efficient place. Man at the front desk is very friendly and helps me understand all the rec forms. I have been for two ultrasounds so far and the sonographer is very friendly, patient and professional. Highly recommend, although they are not allowed to disclose the gender of your baby to you at this clinic. They send all reports to your doctors, who will later inform you as you wish.
