Feel so privileged to be a patient at this clinic. From the amazing administrative staff to the doctors, especially Dr. Park, the service and care is just outstanding. Thank you so much for all you do to care for your patients!

Now a days to get blood test or repeat prescription it takes 23 days before you get to speak to the doctor on phone n it takes nearly 6 weeks to get in person appointments. Secretary will tell you clearly if you cannot wait go to Emergency or walk in clinc. Why do we hv family doctors if they cannot help n instead go on vacation every 4 months. Canadian doctors are distressed. Sorry

Had an appointment with Dr. Shabeer and he was great. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Yet also trying to get to the root cause of your health. Appointments have to be made in advance so just plan ahead.

I've been attending this medical centre for years with no complaints until today. I need fasting blood tests prescribed by my GP, so I lined up for an hour before opening time 0900 as I had another 10.00 appointment elsewhere. I was second in line but was told that I need an appointment for blood tests and the first available time is over two weeks away. At no time was I informed that an appointment is necessary, only to fast. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time.

Have been going to this medical centre for years.I now have a new doctor ..Dr Premji.I find her very caring and compassionate.she is always ready to call me and go over any concerns i might have and i feel she truly care.I also find reception is very helpful also.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. Since Covid the service is so poor! So difficult to book an appointment because they don’t answer the phones. The lab never answers the phones 2 times I had to walk in there to get an appointment.

Excellent clinic , Dr Taylor has been our family doctor and is very compassionate with patients and is very helpful doctor . The reception staff and the bloods works team specially Barbara is outstanding too !

Avoid Sandra Guirguis This is the worst Doctor I have ever seen in my life time. Unprofessional, not caring and almost abusive.

Edit. 5 star to 3. Very diappointed. Many family members have been coming here for decades, but over the last 5 years i'd say, quality service levels and the friendly demeanor of staff no longer exists. Receptionists are evidently tired, annoyed and arguably rude to patients and other staff members alike. If finding a GP/Family Doctor was easier I know a number of people who probably would. Unfortunately I think they know how difficult it is, and now care more about how many patients they can bill per month instead of the quality of care each patient is receiving.

I've been going to Streetsville Medical for a few years now. My family doctor is fantastic! The receptionists are friendly and answer the phone quite promptly. The online appointment booking system is very simple to use, although I prefer to call in. There's ample parking and it's very convenient. The office is very clean. I highly recommend Streetsville Medical.
