Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, however his boss the sales manager needs to re-evaluate his priorities. Looked at a used vehicle with high mileage (over 160,000 km) and minor body damage . Two reasons why a price can be lowered . The tires were missed on the mechanical inspection and needed to be replaced . They would only offer a $500 credit towards new ones . They shouldn’t be selling you something that needs work already.the vehicle should have came with new tires on it before it even went on the lot. That all said they wouldn’t move a penny off there list price and my trade in value dropped $1000.00 from 3 weeks before when we were in looking at another vehicle . When confronted them with this question there only response was that it was deprecation . I’ve owned a lot of vehicles in my life and never had one that deprecated $1000.00 in 3 weeks especially as it wasn’t from one year into the next .Not to mention that I got $2000 more for trade when I went somewhere else. I’ve bought from 3 other GM dealers and they were all better than this one . Glad I decided to walk out of the sales office . Don’t plan on returning until the sales manager moves on.

This will be the second vehicle I've purchased at Strathmore Motor Products! My first car was great but unfortunately was stolen. When I came to the team to see what I could do, they worked with me step by step with insurance, financing and into a new vehicle. They have fantastic customer service that I can't say enough about. Big shoutouts to Chris, Mike and Clarence! Thanks!

In October my wife and I purchase a 2017 GMC Sierra. We had been considering several options and SMP made the new truck a no brainer for us. Fred helped us look at a few vehicles on the lot and was our salesperson. ***** For Fred. Patrice, the General Sales Manager was exceedingly accommodating and made getting us the right truck painless and effortless. The package we decided on had to be brought in from another dealer a few hundred Kilometers away and I was expecting to see that mileage on the Odometer. Surprise! my first turn of the key revealed only 20km on the dash! And never did I have to hear about how much it would cost to ship the vehicle, as I have heard from many other dealers. ***** For Patrice.iq Mike Z handled the financing, paperwork and coordinated prepations of the vehicle that I had requested including a GM OEM remote starter and 3M paint protection film for the front end of our truck. Both of those services were taken care of quickly and affordably. (Shout out to the parts team!) ***** For Mike. The rest of the staff we bumped into along the way we're superb as well. In a small store like SMP it's hard not to end up touching base with just about everyone. Clarence, Jessica, Jim, Dave, Trevor, Cassie, and all the rest have our thanks and appreciation.

Very helpful staff, quick and efficient service. Not a huge GM fan, but pretty good dealership
