Integra Tire and Auto Centre

Thank you so much for your kindness! I came in Friday evening less than an hour before they closed, obviously upset after having a tire destroyed by a giant rock on the highway after a long day of field work. I hadn't even realized my front tire was leaking too due to a bent rim from the same rock until we got to the shop. While they didn't have tires my size in stock, they did all the could to help, and banged the rim back into shape so that it would hold air and I could get home on my spare. Not only that, but the woman with the awesome blue hair I should have asked her name even offered us some chocolate cake, which honestly helped a lot

I would like to thank Phil, Caroline and their crew for all the hard work. I have never had a issue when I take my vehicle to Phil. Very honest and decent people that know what they are doing. You would be hard pressed to find a better shop. Definitely worth visiting if you live in the area, and worth the drive if you live outside of Irricana. Thanks and keep up the hard work

Phil, his wife and staff are very wonderful to deal with. My SUV always goes to them to be fixed. I have stopped in when I have had an issue and Phil has always been very accommodating! Best place in town and great service. Thank you Phil & staff You're the BEST :

STAY AWAY Purchased a car that had an inspection from them. The car was not inspected properly and I could tell this from even looking at the balding tires. I had other mechanics look further and tell me that it should not have passed. Another potential scenario is that the mechanic blindly approved this because the car was located in Calgary the very next day and I was told it had been parked for a week. Either way, I wouldn't recommend going to these guys. If possible, look for a shop that actually has more 10 reviews and reviews from people who do more than 1 review. Many for profit establishments will increase their ratings by creating fake accounts and rating them with 5 stars. I'm not sure if this is the case with this shop but it could be and my experience with their service has been strongly negative.

This has been my mechanic probably for about 15 years, they are are great people very friendly and thorough . Love this place

a shout out to the guy's here my son slid into a crub this morning and I took the truck over to have the back tire checked as it was leaking air for a bit right after. the leaking seemed to stop but wanted it checked before I took it out on the highway they checked out the tire and filled all four tires for free. now that is customer service at its finest.
