We are from PEI and were the market a new 2022 Telluride - a very high demand vehicle. We found the exact model we wanted at this dealership and dealt with Ronnie Ballie with the purchase and also with trading in our old car in. Ronnie was quick in responding to our questions, getting us the paperwork, and resolving any issues we had. We were even able to have the vehicle delivered to us. Although there are Kia dealerships in PEI, this dealership would be our first choice as we know we will receive exceptional service and will be taken care of.
Staff is friendly, but the lack of communication is terrible. Tried to do a trade in and got two different numbers on the appraisal with in a mouth and of course they low balled me . It would have cost me more to trade in my vehicle than to get it upfront on the kia carnival. They didn't try to work with me or nor did they even look at my vehicle, they just did the pave thing for their assent. They weren't will to work with me so they lost my business and wouldn't recommend them, go somewhere else.
Bringing my car back for a third time for my headlight. The day running light is burnt out. Was told twice that it is working... it is still not working. Very frustrating. But all other services here have been great.
Bought my second used Kia from the dealership in New Glasgow. Doing the deal as a whole involved the Antigonish dealership too.
Its a Kia dealership. There has been some complication in the past with different owners, but since then it seems to be running smoothly. Service is pretty quick and the staff are friendly.
Very disappointed at the service in New Glasgow establishment had my soronto service and ask to have brakes check, 2 days later my brakes fail and contact them and sent me to another Kia establish 40 min away to get all 4 brakes replace.
Worked extremely hard to get car I wanted. Went above and beyond. Very friendly and did what ever they could find answers to my questions.
Was quick to serve me ,very friendly staff
Great staff easy place to buy a car
Purchased my first..and last Kia. Bought a brand new 2016 Sorento from this dealership. Within the second year of the term the vehicle began to misfire check engine light. Took it back to dealership on 3 occasions where they couldn't find anything wrong with it..but agreed to reset the system..within a day..same issue again. The vehicle conks out after 3500rpm. Very dangerous to pass anyone as the acceleration temporarily dies. Researched the issue and one possibility was an intake manifold. Mentioned this to service department but it was ignored. On the third time of mentioning this issue, they hooked it up to diagnostic once again and said there could be an issue with the "intake manifold ". However by this time, the warranty expired and will cost a lot to repair. I still have one year to pay on this vehicle. I will be glad when this is done and I can work with a company that cares for their customers. It's scary driving a potential death trap with your family inside.
