My husband just picked up my dress that they sewed together a 4" slit. They charged him $30! I previously had my jeans hemmed to a length so I could cuff them and said that to them. They hemmed it so the inside was ugly and I could not cuff them up. Then they were just too long. I am accustomed to fair prices and good quality workmanship from before moving. I have to find a new place.

The owner of this business has no customer relations whatsoever. My husband dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned and when I found out it was $18.95 to dry clean a simple dress (that's the lowest price for a dress to be dry cleaned apparently), I called the business to cancel my order. She was pissed and slammed the phone on me. Any sane business owner will try to redeem a customer by calmly explaining things to the customer even if she can't do anything for me would have made a lot of difference. But for her to start yelling at me and slamming the phone are definitely not a business who cares for their customers. For that, I am not coming back to this place.

Be careful when taking your items to be hemmed if they make a mistake you still have to pay for them to fix it... They don't take responsibility and make you feel like it was your fault in the first place. Blaming it on the fact that I moved when they were pinning the pants to be hemmed. Ridiculous! No customer relation skills
