Friendly and nice people, but their pricing is outrageous. They are the only descent place in stouffville and I believe that is why their prices are typically 30-55% higher than other places in town. For a simple shortening and hemming of dress pants they charge $11 plus tax while in Richmond hill majority of places charge $5 for the very same service. That is 54% more expensive than other locations. I am down with making money and taking advantage of the location but that steep markup just lost my business for them. I recommend haggling with them as their prices are not justifiable in my opinion and i will be taking all my business to other locations were they actually are fair for the service provided.

Don't go here. I took an item in A MONTH ago and was told it would be $40.00 total and ready In 2 weeks. I got a call 4 weeks later and when I went in to pay my bill was $67.80. When I tried to explain I was told $40.00 she pretended like she couldn't understand me. I'm very disappointed in this dry cleaner and would not recommend it to anyone, ever. Steer clear of this location. Awful customer service

The owners are very friendly and the price is very reasonable for the excellent service. I was actually able to pick up my suits next day!! Not only that, they actually gave me some discount once I mentioned that I read the review on Google and decided to come in! I go to work in TO downtown and sometimes I drop my suits off for dry cleaning there. Yes, there are places where they charge you less, but the wait is long. Sometimes it takes 3 business days to pick up and the cleaning quality is not even satisfactory. You get what you pay for.

Best dry cleaner in Stouffville. The owners and staffs are very friendly and prices are very reasonable. I got my wife's wedding dress hemmed here perfectly. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professional dry cleaning and alteration services
