Called and placed an order over the phone and paid by CC. It was quick and easy. Very friendly customer servive. The warehouse called me 2 hours later and said ready for pick up. I went right away and didn't have to wait at all. Perfect instructions as to what bay door to go to. The guy helped put it in my truck right away. Very friendly warehouse staff also. Impressive first interaction. I thought I'd take the time to give a 5 star and explain it because I saw the other poor reviews before I went today and I was leery before but impressed after. But I also didn't use any shipping or delivery like the other reviews.

They screwed up my delivery and only attempted to ship half of the order. When we found out, we cancelled and went with another vendor. 3 weeks later still no refund. They claim they can't refund our money until their vendor gets the goods back. BUT WE NEVER HAD POSSESSION OF THE PACKAGE. They are refusing to release funds over their own bad shipping and receiving. If i had of read the google reviews first i would have never used them. NO STARS. GARBAGE.

This company will change you prices in under 24-hrs from initial quote and then double your delivery date 24 hrs after you confirm your order. Conniving sales people too lazy to contact a vendor for accurate information.

ZERO STARS. On April 21st I made a purchase with May 4th as an estimated date of arrival. They told me that if there is a delay it would be May 5th arrival. I agreed to it... On May 4th nothing showed up.. I called to get an update and I was told that it's BACK ORDERED and they might be able to get it in JUNE. They charged $4000 and now they are saying that June is not a guarantee. They will make empty promises just to get your payment but they don't actually care about filling the order at all.

Is there a lower score than one star? Because those people totally would get it constantly. I would never recommend giving any business to these people. Incompetent, slow and never seem to be learning on their mistakes. Just bad business.
