We recently rented a storage facility with StorageMart and were pleased with our experience.  The gal at the call centre was energetic and helpful in finding a unit to suit our needs.  We then went to the site and had Daniel show us the unit and guide us through the paperwork.  He listened to our requests and proactively offered help in various areas.  Daniel was caring and mindful of our safety in regards to walking on ice surfaces.  He followed up with his personal email so we could reach him in the future.  Thanks for making our life easier. Our StorageMart journey started with an excellent call with James from just outside Missouri.  James provided outstanding service and detail regarding the rental unit.  He is truly reflective of what Customer Service should be. When we arrived at the Calgary location,  Daniel, the manager went above and beyond to ensure the contract, coverage and location of our unit was what we needed.  The location is very clean, safe and "as advertised ". The facility also provides carts for easy transport to the unit from a covered unloading area ... very much appreciated in this snowy climate! Having used other storage rentals in the past, StorageMart has surpassed all others with service, price and staff!

StorageMart has been fantastic. They are quick and efficient. The spaces are great and secure. Rose and Daniel were so helpful setting up my storage space for my companies needs. I truly appreciate their hard work.

I just rented a unit with StorageMart after having evaluated a few alternative storage companies.   In addition to being competitively priced, spotlessly clean and very well located, the team at StorageMart are extremely professional.  Thank you to both Daniel and Jenny for your help.

I am helping a friend move her things because she has to go back to Iran.  Daniel refused to let us put her things in the storage unit that belongs to her close friend. He is out of town, but called Daniel and gave authorization for access.  Daniel refused to accept written and verbal authorization and INSISTED that the account holder has to go in person to a location. The account holder did go to a location in Vancouver at 3pm. The office was closed! Even when their business hours said they closed at 4. I myself have a storage unit and the administrator would have gladly accepted verbal authorization.  Daniel showed absolutely zero compassion, he pulled the "I am the manager" in such an arrogant way. He should absolutely NOT be working in costumer service. His tone changed and he became very polite when a white lady sat down in front of him. Daniel, you inconvenienced 4 people and should be ashamed of how you treated my friend.

Just signed up for a storage unit with the  help of Daniel. He was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient and made the whole process super painless! The facility looks clean and well managed and a safe place to store my belongings.

It was my first time getting a storage unit and Daniel was very helpful and made the process simple and easy. He showed me the facility and made picking the right unit a painless process.

By far the worst storage locker experience I have ever had. Do not use this location if you want your stuff to be safe and secure. It took them a week since our last access of our storage locker for them to inform us that apparently our latch was not closed properly. There was zero empathy from the girl working the front desk. If you want your stuff to be safe, select a location where all the storage lockers are located inside the building. None of this fence nonsense because its really just a free for all. There is no security after 5 pm from Mon-Fri, and I highly doubt there is anyone watching the cameras. Save your self some hassle and go elsewhere.  Edition: since I can't respond to owners response, I'll do so here. All of the "appropriate parties" are aware, and don't care. I'd rather keep my stuff in a cardboard box labeled "please don't touch" and leave it at Victoria Park downtown Calgary then give my business to storage mart again.

Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. I recommended this place to my family after renting for two months. Guy answered all my questions. Will rent again if I ever need to
