Great customer service. Explained everything. Very polite staff. Decent truck. Don’t expect to be latest and nice truck. For the city limited movings and stuff, it might work. Easy dropping at night. Got my extra paid money with ease. Overall good experience.
We needed a trailer on Oct 2 but we were not sure if the truck was wired properly or the right hitch etc. We arrived and there was more than enough staff to help everyone not to mention the staff were all amazing. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This was a very low value rental yet I was treated like their biggest client. I got all hooked up and on my way and everything went great. Thank You Blackfoot Uhaul !!!
I've had excellent experience with this rental service. I don't know what these bots are complaining about, stuff quick and opened for your requests. Fast pickup, immediate and no question prolongation, 1 min 10 sec drop off. My best experience with a rental company in Canada so far, no time wasted.
Michelle was so awesome helping us get some moving supplies. We had our two year old with us who started crying and she instantly handed him a little UHaul truck to play with. The rest of the service was incredible also. Somehow she was managing, taking care of us, being funny, and polite all at once. Amazing. Have not had that kind of customer experience in years.
I liked this location. I booked for hitch installation and the installer was very honest and explained the difficulty of hitch installation on my car. I went there for second time to buy the hitch to give it to my mechanic to install it. The lady at front desk was so kind and helpful too.
I’ve been using uhaul quite a bit the past 2 months due to having to move out of my old apartment abruptly. Usually the Blackfoot location is fine, but my last experience was really frustrating. I booked a 15’ truck for 2pm but when I got there I was told it moved to 3pm. My verification email specifically said 2pm, so I was irritated as I was on a time crunch and did not make this change myself. I was told to go home and they would give me a call when the truck is ready. I got a call at 2:30 saying it was actually ready, so I drove back over. The communication between staff must be horrible as when I got there, the lady helping me had NO clue what was happening and tried telling me I didn’t have a rental booked at all. In the end it was figured out, but it was much more tedious and confusing then it should have been….
We hired the Blackfoot UHaul team to help move my studio. My mom Yassmeen did all the booking ahead of time and we had the pleasure of meeting Michelle once we got to the Blackfoot location to pickup. Not only is Michelle an absolute ray of sunshine, her customer service went above and beyond what we could have expected of her. She helped us with any inquiries and concerns we had, and had a solution for everything we needed help with. It was an added bonus that she’s got the voice of angel I told her I need to put her in my pocket so she can read audio books to me at request LOL. All in all, 10/10 for smiles, and service. Thanks Michelle @ Blackfoot Uhaul. We’ll be back!
Told to bring cash, then cash not honoured, no one talks to management or each other, poor phone advice as dispatch is separate from locale shop rules. Took cab there, no service offered despite thumb twiddling when cash for full rental was denied anf just wanted to be taken 1 km to deposit back into bank so could use credit card. No sympathy. No customer service. Archaic manual system. Brutal. Use mobile check-in only if convenient as this place makes moving worse than it already is!!!!!
Moving is easy, if you rent your vehicle from here. Uhaul will give you reasonable price for van, trailer, and big truck as well. You can book in online and in person in this location. customer service guys are really professional and friendly. Definitely you will get best customer service here.
Very convenient! We rented a u-haul for a day, it comes with a lot of options of sizes, equipment, hours etc. Great service
