I was nervous putting my stuff in storage but I have to say sentinel storage has been the best storage experience. The staff here is very friendly and kind. They go out of their way to help and answer all your questions. The place is so clean and safe. As someone who travels from time to time I feel confident that my possessions are safe here. I very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.
This place made storing my stuff so simple and easy. Josie was so helpful and friendly. Their loading bay and push carts made storing my stuff fast and convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to store anything and the prices are amazing!
Natasha was absolutely amazing to deal with on the phone. The call got disconnected twice and she called back right away. Was absolutely lovely! Thank you for your help. Going into the store, Liway was also fantastic!!! She was so nice to chat with, answered all of my questions, and showed me around! Thank you so much ladies!!!!
The ladies at this Storage location are absolutely amazing. I started communicating with Diane and continued dealing with Liway. Both were very prompt in getting back to me and went above & beyond to accommodate me. Facility is very clean, safe and secure, and very close to downtown, with a dock for an easy access when moving in and out of it. There is always someone around during business hours in case you need help. Thank you Liway for always replying to my emails!
I've used self storage a few times before, and I must say that the experience here is very different, very friendly staff, they are open until 11pm and they have all the tools available to make the move as quick and easy as possible... very positive experience. 5 stars.

Excellent customer service provided by Lenny over the phone. Friendly, stellar service provided by Analyn and Liway at the downtown location. Very convenient and efficient access to facility with fantastic rates. Highly recommended.
Easy to set up the unit over the phone and email. no problems while my items were in the unit. Would definitely use them again.
My experience was amazing! The front desk lady is extremely kind and helpful, the storage size is just perfect for my needs and the storage is also near my house, which helps going back and forth.
