I've been using storage mart for years, for multiple work projects and for Vehicle parking.  The team has always given me great service, timely follow ups and able to accommodate all my needs. The units are always clean, and in full working order.

The manager is a creep who says inappropriate things. The pricing isn't the greatest. After an ineI felt extremely uncomfortable after a comment and was not comfortable coming back. Now I'm moving out because I would like to comfortably access my belongings.

Yes a fantastic experience so far. I was looking for a unit and actually went to the location on Islington north of Queensway in Etobicoke. Ibini and her coworker (name unknown I'm sorry) were very pleasant and understood my humour and continued with good humour and friendly professionalism. They didn't have a unit for me however they connected me to the Evans Av location. The great experience continued with Maulik & Ray. Just a fantastic easy going friendly and mindful pair of gentlemen. I do trust it will continue as they all seem as though there properly trained and educated and treated well in the employment at the company.

Over 8 years of having personal belongings stored at StorageMart, I always had confidence that these things were being held in the best conditions -- clean space, good climate, attentive staff. Fantastic customer service even in moving out at well -- help with everything from a unit to sort/pack stuff as well as managing container delivery and pickup.  Flexible and supportive: a really good experience -- beyond what you could expect or hope for! Extra special.
