Secure Self Storage Mississauga

This facility has always been wonderful to me. It's clean and easy to access. It helped me through a breakup too lol! I suddenly had to get a locker and they had one ready to go. I can't even begin to describe how fantastic they've been, and they may not even realize it! Once I locked myself in from my own stupidity and someone was there to help me out. When I had to transfer lockers, they made it super easy. I forgot to cancel my other locker one time and the night supervisor called me in a panic because he thought the stuff from my locker was stolen but really it was just that I had emptied it! I could tell he genuinely cared. He also cancelled the locker for me right away and didn't charge me for the full month. When I finally moved into a house, I had to say goodbye to my wonderful storage place. On my moving day there was no fuss whatsoever. I just said "hey im leaving" they said "no worries, done, you're good to go." Its weird but I'm sad that I'll no longer be spending hours in their hallways sorting through all my junk. Thank you for the last three years.

I needed a place on short notice to store a bunch of bulky items, and the gentleman at Secure Self-Storage was very helpful. He answered all my questions, took me around and showed me various units, I selected the one I wanted, and the whole process was done in less than half an hour. I chose one of the climate-controlled units, and it was very nice: clean and spacious, and cool even on the hottest summer days. He also gave me a free padlock, and two months for the price of one, which was a very nice deal.

Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and very friendly. They will definitely go out of their way to help with your storage needs. They also supply a truck on site, if needed.

Have had an indoor storage unit at this location for several years. Now under new management=great customer service, very accommodating. When we changed units (needed larger space), unit was swept out before use. Clean. Accessible. Would recommend this location (Mississauga @ Dundas/427).

We've had a great experience working with Secure Storage! The facilities are always clean, the location is very convenient and the fact that we can have access 24/7 has been a bonus. The security level is reassuring and we have no worries leaving our valuable equipment in their care. Thanks to their awesome customer service, we continue to work with them and would definitely recommend them to all our friends.
