I was in need of a short-term storage option as I moved recently from an apartment to a house and wanted to take time and sell items I didn't need & organize my new home. This StorageMart was not only PERFECTLY located, but it was clean, safe & the staff was awesome. I have been more than pleased with my experience & would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to safely, conveniently and affordably storing.

Clean, friendly, accessible, and affordable. Everything you need in a storage unit. The manager is nice and always available. We highly recommend them. On short notice, I was driving back from PA to NE and needed a storage unit on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to call and get an appointment that same day, which helped us tremendously.

I read other reviews as well and I am not sure why this is a constant problem for Frank --- which is probably NOT his fault. But our gate code was also changed. It worked just fine last month but for some odd reason, it didn't work yesterday. We rented a U-Haul truck for Easter Sunday and had lots of help with moving things out of our home. We packed a 15' truck full of our things only to show up at the gate for the code to not work! I called the office number, it didn't work. I called the customer service number and it went straight to voice mail (it was Easter Sunday, so no worries). Since this is our second time, I remember Frank telling us the first time we rented there that if we were to ever have any issues, he lives up on the second floor and I could just go knock on the door. So I did and he came out, addressed my problem, apologized, changed my code back and I was good to go within 4-5 minutes. I promised I'd leave a review because we appreciated Frank coming out to address this problem outside office hours and really appreciate Storagemart having a manager onsite! Frank has always been responsive and responsible and this is our second time renting with them. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Frank at Storage Mart. He helped us find the right size storage unit, and then when we needed to find a larger unit he made the transition easy. Anytime I came by the office Frank was there with a smile and ready to help. I would definitely recommend Storage Mart in Papillion.
