Great place to store 'little used' items. Locked up at night.

Monarch Self Storage has been perfect to us. We had a storage unit for several months and the lady that owns it is always pleasant. Storage unit was clean when we got there. We used critter catchers, but we never caught anything- which is a great sign. She was always helpful and pleasant on the phone. And the price is pretty unbeatable.

I've called twice in the past year to see if units were available. The first time I decided not to say anything but after calling a second time I spoke to the same lady. She is flat out rude and disrespectful. I won't be calling back again.

Deferred maintenance!! Our garage door amd track was im need of repair the day we rented her only available unit. We were told it would be fixed when the maint guy was back from vaca. It is now late October amd we're STILL being told the maint guy is out of town. What a crock, obvoously there IS NO one doing maintenance here. NOT worth the $$ we saved. Not secure and owner doesn't care!

I've never rented a storage unit from this place but it wasn't from a lack of trying. The lady - who wouldn't give me her name - was so rude to me and my wife (on separate phone calls) that I will never do business with them. I'll gladly take my money to another storage facility. I rarely, if ever post sub-par reviews but this one had to be done.
