Larry was helpful and knew his stuff. Not a fan that I had to pay a full months rent of 3 days of storage. The company changes policies on us. That being said all in all a good experience and Larry was very helpful.

Pretty inexpensive storage. Helped daughter move her belongings in and then move out 5 years later. They drilled her lock off, as they did some renovation work of some kind. No reimbursement for ruined lock. They were unable to reach her by phone, when they did the renovation, as she was out of state. They then put new locks on the storage units and proceeded to mix all of the keys up (which they needed to give to customers) and couldn't locate hers, so we had to drill that lock off as well. They are pretty disorganized and we were greatly inconvenienced with the entire move-out fiasco.

Debbi was a sweet heart. Talking to her brought a smile to my face. And to the gentleman working with was very understanding and took care of my problem with such a professional and personal touch. Recommend to anyone.
