Functional storage as a place. Billing and customer service are a different concern. Pricing was high, I walked out and one of the women that worked there walked out to my car to tell me she could give me a better price. Why not just offer that better price upfront? When first bill arrived it had a combined total for 2 months rent posted as due on the first month's due date. The invoice showed the amount due in 3 different places on the invoice. When I called, the manager argued with me about- although said that only the first month was due, but did not deny the deceptive billing practice. In a busy world, what other customers just pay the invoice without asking questions? Manager at this facility was very poor as a customer interface from the point of renting, to the point of billing. Oh and before you write the check for the rental rate they quote you- know that they will force you to buy renters insurance because they are not responsible for damage and will not rent to you unless you have it. For the small size space I rented, that equated to an additional $10 per month. Beware before you rent here.

Excellent place to store. I am in my second month of storing here. I made lots of trips moving stuff in and swapping things in and out when I need them. The other renters I have seen have been courteous, nice and respectful. The property has always been clean; I have used other storage places before and this one has been cleaner than the competition. Sue, in the office, has also been super nice to work with; she is organized, very knowledgeable and great to do business with.

I'm so glad I found this place. Very easy to find. Excellent storage spaces available and very clean. very easy access and drive-up gate. I highly recommend this facility.
