Negative stars … Horrible patient care, go at your own risk, Not worth the trust. Physician assistant never returns the call, doctor is not very responsible and doesn’t own his decisions … your health is your responsibility if you go here ...if I could, I would revoke their licenses.. they should not be allowed to treat patients ....
They don’t return calls, they either don’t check their messages or don’t respond, often cancel / reschedule your appointments last minute, don’t do emergency visits, won’t try and get you an earlier visit, front desk workers are flippant and easily annoyed, even with prescriptions they will forget to fill them or forget to reach out to your insurance for more than a week, it goes on. Even if this is the closest or most convenient medical practice near you, go somewhere else.
If there was a zero rating option I would have put that, worst staff and lab providing misinformation. We have been stuck for months now trying to resolve the payment issue and have not received any help. Me and my husband went for our annual physical exam with Dr. Srinivas Bodapati at Stoneham Medical Group on Dec 17 2021. As part of the exam, the doctor ordered some lab tests for myself and my husband. And directed us to go do the labs at Lahey center which is situated in the basement of Stoneham Medical Center. We confirmed with our doctor individually and explicitly whether these tests will be covered by our insurance. We both received an answer - "Yes as annual physical exam is free". We both went downstairs to do our tests. There were two people sitting at the reception of lab test center in the basement. Again me and my wife explicitly asked the representatives whether these tests that we are going to take today will be covered by our insurance. The answer we received from your employee was "Yes". In february, we received a statement for both our services. Myself having an outstanding balance of $81.60. And my wife having a outstanding balance of $301.20. We spoke to insurance about the issue. They mentioned some of the lab tests performed on Dec 17 2021 were not covered under annual physical. And we both are perfectly healthy people not needed any additional tests. so this was a shock to us as we had a confirmation from your lab representative that it will be covered. We did our best before getting those services from Lahey to identify whether insurance will cover or not. Based on answer from your representative we felt confident of getting the services done at Lahey. After receiving this statement, I feel cheated by one of your member. If they didn't know whether the insurance covers it or not. Their guidance to us should have been ideally to call insurance and confirm. The fact they agreed that insurance will cover these tests relieved myself and my wife from the equation. Everyone including the insurance is denying nothing can be done at their end. This is so unfair to the patient. Be careful before you use any service from this center. I have been to other Doctors as well and have been told upfront what my Out of Pocket will be, unlike these people who misguided and not not willing to take up any responsibility. We have ha a very frustrating experience with them.
This office is very, very bad. I got sick more than a month ago and wanted to see the doctor. I called the office. I tried to make an appointment, but they do not want help. After many attempts and talks, they finally gave me an appointment. When I went, they told me that there was no appointment under your name, and they gave me another appointment after a week. If I can give them les then 1 star I will.
Stay far away from Dr Bennetti and his awful secretary Ashley. Disgraceful in every way the both of them. They do not care one bit for the patient. Bennetti wont answer emails as he has 2500 patients and Ashley told me to google my new medication as doctors don't talk to patients anymore.
Worst experience ever! They never have appointments when you need and have no qualms about your medical needs!!
My wife has had to visit Stoneham medical twice in the past month , due to her not feeling well both times she was unable to get to her primary either they were closed or she could not get a appt to fit her schedule. Both times she visited she was seen by a Dr Burke he made her feel very uncomfortable telling her both times she should have seen her primary the first time he asked her if she saw how many people were in the waiting room ?? And the second time she left in tears when he told her her Doctor wasn't that far away, she tried explaining why she came to the WALK IN clinic but he still continued. Told her she probably had bronchitis but he didn't believe in antibiotics only in cases of chlamydia and another she can't remember, at this point she walked out of the room crying what kind of a Doctor treats people this way she went there because she was sick she left feeling worse then she did when she walked in
Worst customer service ever . I called to make an appointment for medical examination , the lady wasn't patient enough to listen to me . Rudely , She just decided to hang up on me afterwards, they never picked up my calls .
I love them everyone in the office is fantastic very helpful I never had a problem
