I have been a patient core more than 20 years. I get a call back within hours not days when I use the portal that they recommend. They are very responsive. I usually am able to get an appointment either the same day or the next day. The care that I have received from them is phenomenal.

Very personable, takes time to know his paitents, been going to him for 10 years I dont feel like a number when I go there. He will be my docter while he is in practice.

If i could zero stars i would. Left 2 messages plus multiple calls over 2 weeks, no return calls, and they never answer the phones. Professional not even close. Stay away.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR, BADER FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. I LIKE HIM A LOT AND FIND HIM TO BE FRANK & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HOWEVER HIS STAFF LACKS PROFESSIONALISM. THEY RARELY RETURN CALLS AND "NEVER" RETURN A CALL AFTER AN INITIAL REQUEST. I ALWAYS HAVE TO MAKE 2 TO 4 CALLS BEFORE GETTING RESULTS. IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY REFLECT POORLY ON HIS OFFICE. I AM UPDATING THIS REVIEW 10/2014. NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH HIS OFFICE STAFF NOT RETURNING CALLS.
