Holy smokes this company is terrible!!! Please heed my warning and do not make any purchases through them. While installing quartz countertops (purchased through Home Depot), they damaged our brand-new wood floor. They refused to fix the floor properly and instead referred me to their legal team. They told me it was their right to hire a outlet center to perform a low-budget repair. This would also void our floor warranty but they did not care. The countertops also have several defects which seem more like bargain basement quality. This company will lie to you all day long. I talked to multiple people here and they were all dishonest and really didn't care about quality or customer satisfaction.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They came on 2/21/18 to install counter tops and were not able to put in the 4" back splash that matches the counter tops because one piece was a different height than the others and another was badly chipped in several places. The installer took all the pieces back to the shop and for the past two days have been getting the run around from them with no idea of if or when they will finish the install. In the meantime I can't reconnect the water or put upper cupboards back in.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Now over two months ago I had scheduled for them to come measure my counter space for new counters. They did not show up, or did not call as well. I called them, they apologized and seemed sincere, I understand mistskes can happen, no big deal. So rescheduled and they finally came out and got measurements. I then paid the full balance. So now I was just to wait for them to call with an install date. Again, never heard from them! A month passed, so I called them and was told my counters had just come off of the "production line." So they then wanted to schedule an install date for another few weeks out. I was having family for Christmas at my home this year, and my house is in shambles going on two months waiting for these people. Regaurdless they tell me they cannot install until December 27th, which was yesterday. I took off work, yet again so I could finally have my counters installed. My confirmation shows they would arrive between noon and four. Four came and went with nobody showing up or calling. I called them. No answer. finally today I get a hold of Someone and tell them my issue, they say they will call me back after they "look into it." hours later a woman calls me and says " I'm calling to schedule your install!" I said well that was suppose to be yesterday, what happend, nobody showed up or even called. she then proceeded to tell me it got stuck in the "machine". Yet I was already told it had been completed and was judt waiting for install?! so needless to say I'am still counterless, and nobody at this establishment can account for anything. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life. communication is non-existent!

This was one of the best experiences I have had. Jesus and Tony were some of the most professional and friendly guys I have ever met. Their work was also prompt and looks amazing too! The job was billed through Home Depot which I've had issues with in the past but was so relieved to have these two install my quartz counter tops. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We made an appointment directly with Stone Systems to come back on 8/18/17, and fix a chip in our newly installed countertop, but they never showed up on the scheduled date, nor did they call to cancel, or to reschedule. We have not heard back from them yet. This is especially frustrating because one of the first countertops they installed was very poorly fabricated and needed to be replaced. When they came to install the new counter top it had some of the same flaws so it was returned to the mill to be refinished. When they returned to install the countertop there was some buffing that needed to be done and there was a chip that needed to be filled. The chip has not been refilled and we have discovered another problem that should have been caught and corrected before it left the fabrication floor.
